All the ANZAC day wreathes and tributes people put on their driveways, and the people having driveway dawn services for ANZAC day since nobody can go to the memorials. I hope it becomes a tradition even when we can go to memorial services again.

I heard from a work friend today that he gave a new employee $1000 as the new guy was caught in the lockdown right after emigrating here and couldn't get registered to work so had no money to eat or pay for accommodation. Amazing, as I don't think my friend expects it to be paid back.
