Where are you most looking forward to going?

Travel is contraindicated for so many reasons at the moment. Where are you planning to go when you're allowed to go places freely again?

I am looking forward to visiting my mother, who's got vast tracts of land a nice piece of land in the country.

a restaurant, to join friends for a meal and lots of laughter

drive down to see family - Steph's household is driving up for the summer, and I'd love to be able to visit with everyone

Eating out with friends sounds like an excellent plan for when things are lighter.

I hope you get in plenty of good visiting time this summer!

I would like to go and stare at the sea.

Because I have been staring at the walls long enough and would like a view with maximum big.

To see my sister-in-law and the children. I miss them terribly.

Aw, I'm sorry you're cut off from them. I hope WhatsApp helps with that a little bit, but I know it can't make up for being there in person.

We've got a charming small artisan town about 3hrs from us. Our favorite getaway, it feels like home away from home. Small businesses there have really been struggling and it's been heartbreaking to follow. We're saving up for a big family trip as soon as it's safe for our three year old to travel with us. The thought's been keeping me going.

Art museums, conventions, parties, and my parents' apartment to hug them.

Of course when I AM there. the kids will drive me round the twist in about ten minutes flat, lol. They are all very dramatic.

I'm really looking forward to being able to go to work :) But in terms of travel, we had three lots of travel scheduled, all those things have been modified in one way or another (cancelled indefinitely, rescheduled to August 2021, gone online), and I'm still trying to recover from having invested all that effort in plans and having them all fail.

I'd been playing with various options for travel prior to this-- I think the clear priority now is going to be visiting friends.
