Just today, I walked 45 min to a restaurant to meet up with people. I walked instead of taking the bike because it would mean spending more time outside and possibly also burning more calories. On the way back, I took a longer but prettier route and walked 1:15. I still regret not going sunbathing and swimming on Monday, when it was hot. I would have needed to go by myself, which I did not dare too because I am self-conscious and afraid of being stolen from when by myself in the water with my stuff on the abandoned blanket. Oh well. I hope that a) Sunday gets as good weather as the forecast promises and that b) I will either find company or dare to go by myself. I have only gone swimming outside twice this year and I really want to go more because it does a lot for my mood.
I hardly ever go outside, which is why I'm on Vitamin D supplements. Last time I left the house was on Saturday, twice: once to pick up some groceries for Sunday's dinner and once to get fast food for Saturday's dinner.
