I finally have my professional materials organized to the point where I can find the ones I need when I need them.

while I wish there was more/better planned storage space, this apartment works well for me. ground floor, my parking spot's close, and my commute isn't short, but is pretty straightforward - it's proven to be a good place to live over the past four years

I am grateful my room is large enough to include my desk, upon which my PlayStations live. I play video games a LOT and it's nice to have easy access to them.

it has been - I was lucky to find this place when I was hunting. my only regrets are the lack of laundry (in the unit) for convenience, and that the rent is high and always going up - but that's the market in Portland

I don't have roommates anymore. Been there, done that, had to pay nearly $1000 in her phone bills and almost had to pay her half of the unpaid rent when I was in college. 'Nuff said.
