The May Day celebration via the internet was the best thing about my week. Seeing friends and family meant the world to me.

In addition to last night's play rehearsal, today I'm attending a 30-year reunion of the theatre group that changed my life when I was 15.

I got 9 hours of sleep last night! For me, an achievement. :)

After three postponements, I could finally go to the dentist yesterday to have a crown placed. Beforehand, I was rather nervous because I had to take the tram to get there, but it turned out to be fine. Very few people in the tram and everybody behaving calmly and keeping their distance.

This was the first time in 7 weeks that I ventured out beyond my street and it felt quite liberating, actually. I had begun to fear I was developing some sort of agoraphobia.

This week I also felt confident that my symptoms (coughing, sniffling) are truly over.

Hurray for feeling better, and for being able to get your teeth taken care of. Those are both super important!

Built a lego set I got for Christmas with my partner-- it is fun to grab those little moments to do things we don't normally have the time for.

I've talked more via voice and video chat with my fannish friends since this pandemic started than I ever had before it, which seems odd, because I've had so many long-distance friendships for such a long time. It does help to have the connection, that's for sure.
