A "Persian-inspired" chicken and aubergine bake found in a cooking blog. It is incredibly delicious and spicy (not hot), full of vegetables and even better the next day!

I've given up on all the projects that require attention, focus, or an ability to read a pattern (or in fact, sew in a straight line), and have started a giant granny square blanket. Am quite enjoying having something that is both relaxing and creating. Blanket is currently about 60cm across, goal is about 1m across
