it depends a little on weather and mood, but I generally go for salty/crunchy first. so chips with a soda, or something like cheese crackers are probably first. in the summer I'm as likely to dish up some ice cream
I like sweet things, but for some reason they tend not to be my go to when snacking. I mean, I'll eat chocolate or baked goods happily, but rarely think to stock up on those
When I buy snacks for myself, it's usually candy bars. I like seasonal Kit Kat flavors, and am partial to peanuts & peanut butter so enjoy Reese's. Though lately I've taken to buying a bag of butterscotch, which is cheaper and lasts a lot longer!
I also sometimes buy ice cream. Funny that you mentioned sea salt caramel because that's what I picked up this weekend! It's good but it's a very cheap brand and I've been a bit disappointed that the caramel swirl was quite small.
Popcorn (homemade with spices and olive oil), bread and cheese, or banana or apple with peanut butter. Also definitely enjoying ice cream here in northern hemisphere summer.
Murukku, which I buy from one of our local South Asian grocers. Amazingly tasty, and a bag vanishes very quickly in this house, so it is a good thing we don't get it very often.
