I have shifted gears from Must Write to Professional Training, which is more outwardly-focused and variable in its interest level, but I'm doing pretty well at keeping up with the Professional Training thus far.
The piano tuner came yesterday. Which means that the music/craft room is clear. Which means a) I can get to the sewing machine and b) I can get to the piano and c) I only have about three projects visible in that room. Which means that I have started playing music again (goal for year: play more music) and I might actually do some sewing (once my hands stop complaining at me).
I am chugging along with Big Work Project (I'm an IT project manager). Less than a year to go! I think the biggest home thing is the garden, which is more a few small projects and various ongoing maintenance (weeding, making sure things are watered though nature is taking care of that at the moment); I'm not doing anything fancy, but had to reseed a lot of grass due to construction (thus providing the opportunity to replace lawn with lower maintenance clover and wildflowers and things). It's looking a lot less bare and sad! And in many place has enormous invasives I'll have to attack again, but such is life.
Operation Relocation is going well, the moving truck is booked and I'm comparing internet plans and packing books. I'm also making wishlists of cute baking stuff as I've recently been overwhelmed with the urge to bake bread.
