4. I hope: What you hope this community can do for you: Hmm, I'm not sure. I just saw someone post about it on my reading list and it sounded like a good idea, so I joined

Thanks for introducing yourself! Being mostly at home for ten years sounds like a lot of experience with the current situation. I'm glad you have your copinng mechanisms in place for dealing with being inside; I'm sure you have plenty of wisdom to share with those of us who are dealing with staying inside on a serious level for the first time.
