As you stay inside, how do you stay on top of your health?

Excercycling - but I fell off the end of the two most recent TV shows I was using to entertain myself and need some new recs! (Current frustration is I'd really like something fluffy/comic/nonthreatening, but in general I hate 95% of comedy.)

That's a good question. Due South and Slings & Arrows, but even S&A parts of the comedy drove me off and it took reading fic to make me go back and watch seasons 2 and 3. I was recently watching The Good Place until I fell off the end of what's on Netflix but it took me 3 tries to make it past the first episode. Does Firefly count as comedy? I like the highly-verbal parts of Monty Python but not the rest.

Really, the guiding principle is I like wit -- verbal and/or intellectual humor -- character-driven humor, humor that is affectionate/sympathetic rather than mean. And comedies where the humor plays with the drama rather than undercutting it.

Maybe I should also think about my taste in fluff...I like some anime, the kind that is more feels-y (because the baseline is cute/pretty enough that I want some maturity to leaven it). And I suppose part of my problem is most of the things I enjoy in fiction are more serious than pure fluff, but then it's hard to avoid treating serious issues glibly.

Slings & Arrows is actually a good specimen of the comedy/drama mix I ordinarily prefer, though I find some of its specific humor hard to take. As stress relief/escapism I might want something a little fluffier, if such a thing exists without so much casual sexism/racism/etc. as to spoil the point of the exercise. (I tried 2 eps of When Calls The Heart, and ugh. Which is too bad as it was otherwise pleasantly escapist.)

Mostly not, as I've been beset by orthopaedic problems - first a bum knee and now bad sciatica for two weeks which means I can't move around much. But I take supplements for joint health and have been eating more healthily, so am hoping it will improve.

I'm fortunate to have an exercise bike and space to do yoga and such inside. I've occasionally been just taking a plank break during work.
Doing a lot of walks outside, and some yard work and cleaning. I was running at the beginning of this but as it became clearer that we should be wearing masks, I stopped-- I'm not comfortable running without a mask even if I think I can stay far away from people (which is plausible but not guaranteed), and running with a mask is Not Good For Breathing especially as it gets hotter.
But what I have is enough.

It’s hardcore stress/anxiety management, really.
