My sleep pattern, always dodgy ( I have circadian rhythm disorder and am a night owl) is worse. I guess I'll just let it slide until it comes around back to almost normal for a while. But as I'm not going out and being tempted by high-carb snacks, my eating is healthier, so that's good. I'd like to have more of a schedule and be able to do more to organise my house but my knee's still a bit too sore. But it's slowly improving.
I'm glad some things are better, like the lack of tempting snacks. I hope your knee heals faster than you expect it to so you can get more of the things you mean to get done, done. Having an inherently wacky sleep schedule can't help with that.
